摘要
本工作观察大鼠感染性休克不同阶段心肌肌浆网(SR)摄钙功能的改变。结果表明在休克早期心肌SR的钙摄取功能尚无明显变化;SR Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性抑制和钙摄取量降低出现在感染性休克的晚期阶段,可能是心功能障碍的重要原因。
Alterations in the ATP-dependent Ca2+ uptake by cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) in septic rats were studied. The results show that calcium transport by cardiac SR was similar compared with sham-shock rats in early sepsis. The activity of Ca2+ -ATPase and Ca2+ uptake by SR were decreased significantly in late septic shock. It may play an important role for myocardial dysfunction in late septic shock.
