摘要
原油倾点测量规程要求 ,将直径 2 0mm试管中已凝结的原油加温 ,每升高 2℃ ,并将其倾斜一定角度判断其是否能流动 ,能开始流动的最低温度 ,定义为倾点温度[1] 。能否准确判断其流动是保证测量精度的关键 ,本文提出了用CCD图像相关技术来判定油样的流动性 ,是原油倾点温度测量的新方法 ,克服了传统的温度传感器方法精度差的缺点 。
The oil pour point regulation requires heating the coagulated oil in tube every 2℃,then slant tube to a specific angle and judge its floating, the temperature at which oil floats is the pour point. A new method of CCD Image Correlation is put forward in oil pour point measurement, which surmount the low resolution defect of traditional temperature sensor ways and accomplishes non-touching measurement.
