摘要
因各轴上的动轮直径相对于公称值总有偏差,各轴动轮相对钢轨滑动情况不一,造成的转差偏差将会引起牵引电动机工作电流偏离额定值,严重时可能影响电源甚至整个机车的安全运行。从三相异步电动机“T”型等值电路入手,对转差偏差问题作了定量分析和公式推导,还对牵引电动机最大转矩倍数和额定转差点容差问题提出了作者的一些看法。
Owing to the diameter deviation of each driving wheel from the norminal value, its slip against the rail differs, incurring slip deviation and therefore deviation of operating current from norminal value in traction motor, which may weaken the operation safety of the power source or even the whole locomotive if serious. With T type equivalent circuit of three-phase asynchronous motor, quantitative analysis and formula deduction arc conducted against the slip deviation problem. The author also raises some opinions upon maximum torque multiples and rated slip point tolerance of traction motor.
