摘要
临床护理人员由于特殊的工作性质、工作环境,每天都与病人及各种药物密切接触、反复接触,导致青霉素过敏反应的发生率高于普通人群,尤以过敏性休克为甚,这就要求轻度过敏者加强个人防护,勤洗手、戴手套配药,尽量避免与药物直接接触;重度过敏者可调换工作岗位;锻炼身体、加强营养、注意休息、提高身体抵抗力。
Because of the special features and environment of nursing work,clinical nurses need to frequently and closely contact with various patients and drugs everyday,the rate of allergic reaction of penicillin themselves is higher than normal group,especially allergic shock.Therefore,clinical nurses with mild allergic reaction should enhance self-protection,wash hands frequently,wear gloves during mixing medications and avoid direct contact with antigen as far as possible.The nurses with severe allergic reaction may transposition working post.Moreover,they need to strengthen regular exercise,nutrition,good rest and improve body resistibility.
