摘要
结合近年来厦门市提出的海湾型城市发展战略的基本要点,对厦门港在新时期将大型海港空间拓展至东部翔安港区的必要性和可能性进行分析,重点对翔安新港区在海湾型城市架构下的港口功能定位、开发规划管理、配套硬条件建设及软环境优化等问题进行论述,提出了加快新港区开发进程的主要策略和建议。
Integrating with the key points of bay-type city development strategy brought forward by Xiamen City in recent years, this paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of prolonging the space of Xiamen Port to eastern Xiang′an Port Area in the new era, with the emphasis laid on the dissertation of such issues regarding Xiang′an New Port Area in the frame of bay-type city as positioning of port function, development planning management, construction of support hardware, as well as optimization of soft environment. Meanwhile, main strategies and suggestion to accelerate the development of Xiang′an New Port Area is proposed.
