摘要 通过丙烯酸酯与聚氨酯的接枝反应,合成了丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液,用其配制的水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯涂料,用于木材、塑料等涂装效果良好。本文用红外与热稳定性仪器分析了乳液的分子结构及成膜物的热稳定性,讨论了预聚温度、链转移剂加量及丙烯酸酯含量对乳液及成膜物性能的影响。 An acrylate modified polyurethane emulsion is prepared in a way of graft reaction between acrylate and polyurethane. The prepared emulsion is thus formulated as a waterborne acrylate modified polyurethane coatings which can be used well in wood and plastic, etc. The molecular structure and film-forming stability of the prepared emulsion are analyzed through infrared and heat stability testing instrument. The influence of pre-polymerization temperature, loading amount of chain-moving agent, and content of acrylate on emulsion and its film-forming performance is discussed.
