摘要
本文以国产聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)为原料,研究了铸膜液组成、聚合物浓度、添加剂种类和用量等对超滤膜性能的影响。选择适宜组成的铸膜液,可以制得截留分子量为2000,6000,10000的超滤膜。上述超滤膜对α-干扰素的分离浓缩效果较好,其截留率均可达到99%以上。
Polyaryletherketone (PEK-C) is a good polymer material for preparation of ultrafiltration membrane. The effect of casting solution composition, such as polymer concentration, different additives and their concentration on the performances of PEK-C UF membrane was investigated in this paper. UF membrane with molecular weight cut off 2000, 6000 and 10000 can be made by selecting proper composition of PEK-C casting solution. It was shown that the a-Interferent was separated and concentrated with rejection>99% by using above UF membrane.
