摘要
目的 观察多瑞吉 (芬太尼贴剂 )联合口腔溃疡膜治疗肿瘤患者因化疗后口腔溃疡所致中、重度疼痛的控制作用、生活质量改善程度及治疗不良反应。方法 70例口腔溃疡中、重度疼痛患者 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 (用多瑞吉 +口腔溃疡膜 )和对照组 (用口腔溃疡膜 )各 35例。观察用药后 72小时内镇痛作用、生活质量评分和不良反应。结果 用药后口腔溃疡的疼痛消失率 ;治疗组达 94 .2 % ,而对照组为 4 5 .7% ,经 χ2检验 ,镇痛作用有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;不良反应主要为便秘、恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒及嗜睡等 ,发生率低 ,均能耐受 ;生活质量明显改善。结论 多瑞吉联合口腔溃疡膜治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后口腔溃疡所致中、重度疼痛的作用 ,疗效高 ,不良反应小 ,能够明显改善患者的生活质量 ,具有较高的临床实用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy,the degree of improving life quality and adverse reaction of the patients of Durogesic(transdermal fentanyl)plus“Kouyangmu”in patients with moderate or severe stomatocace pain after chemotherapy treatment.Methods Seventy patients with moderate or severe stomatocace pain were randomly divided into a treatment group of 35 cases and contrast group of 35 cases treated with “Kouyangmu”.The analgesia,the quantity of life quality and the side effects in 72 h were observed.Results In the treatment group,the pain-killing rate in 72 h was 94.2%,and that of control group is 45.7%.The χ 2 detection showed there existed obvious difference(P<0.01)in analgesia in 72 h.The chief side effects was less.The life quality was obviously improved.Conclusion Durogesic plus “Kouyangmu”is significantly effective in treatment of moderate or severe stomatocace pain after chemotherapy treatment.The adverse side effects are mild.Furthermore clinical application is worthwhile.
