企业营销的核心是顾客需求,一切工作均应围绕"顾客满意"这个中心开展。顾客是否满意,取决于其获取"总价值"与付出"总成本"的多少。本文着重论述了提升顾客满意度的途径。
The core of the enterprises' marketing is to satisfy the consumers.Each activity should be carried out for the content of consumers.Whether the consumers are content or not depends on the 'total value' they gain and the 'total cost'they have paid.The ways of improving the consurners' content are dwelt on in this paper.
