本文根据现代膏体包装的特点,利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,实现了对物料的准确定量充填。系统可靠性好,操作简便,适用性强。可推广使用。
This article is according to present generation pasty fluid's characteristic, using Programmable Logic Controller as the controlling core, implementation the material's accurate filling. The temperature controlling system uses the OMRON Temperature controller, it is convenience to setting the heating temperature. The system's dependability is high, and the manipulation is very easy, and the adaptability is very staving. So it is adaption to extension using.
