摘要
近5年来在剖腹术中应用纤维结肠镜诊治28例肠道疾病.结果发现同时多原发结肠癌1例;结肠癌伴结肠多发性息肉2例,明确急性下消化道大出血的病灶2例;确定家族性结肠息肉病变范围2例,术中经纤维结肠镜用高频电摘除肠道多发性息肉2例.术中纤维结肠镜的应用弥补了术中探查的不足,可提高肠道疾病的诊治效果.
In the past 5 years, fibrocolonoscopy examinations were performed during lapo-ratomy in 28 cases with intestinal diseasses. Result: The discovery of simultaneous multiple prima-ry carcinoma of the colon (1 case) and colon cancer with poyps (2 cases), making clear the focisof acute bleeding of the lower digestive tract (2 cases), defining the extent of familial polyposis(2 cases), and the excision of polyps of the colon (2 cases). Hence the application of fibro-colonoscopy in laparotomy can improve the efficiency of the dignosis and treatment of bowel dis-orders.
