摘要
针对中速柴油机不断向大功率、高pe方向发展给气缸盖等部件带来的可靠性问题,提出了一种新颖的柴油机气缸盖国产化的设计思路和生产工艺。经装机运行证明该设计方法和生产工艺是成功的。
Medium-speed diesel engine has a tendency for high-power and high-pe developing, which brings thereliability problems on the parts as cylinder head and so on. Therefore, a novel design philosophy and production technology on the domesticization of cylinder head is brought forward. The installed operation testified that this design and technology is successful.
