摘要
2-氯-5-硝基甲苯与哌啶的亲核取代反应,在130℃的油浴中,反应9.5h,收率仅5.O%;而在相转移催化剂聚苯乙烯固载聚乙二醇400和氟化钠、氯化亚铜存在下,在150℃的油浴中,反应3.8h即生成标题化合物。收率可达65.07%。其结构已经红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析证实。并探讨了反应过程的机理。
2-Chloro-5-nitrotoluene was dissolved in piperidine,re-fluxed for 9.5h at an oil-bath temperature of 130℃,theyield was 5.00%.But in the presence of phase transfer cat-alyst consisting of sodium fluoride,cuprous chloride andpolystyrene-supported PEG-400,at an oil-bath temperatureof 150℃ and refluxed for 3.8h,the yield was raised to65.07%.
