分体式膜生物反应器应用于有机废水处理的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对自行研制的分体式膜生物反应器的操作条件及稳定运行特性进行了研究,人工废水试验结果表明,污泥浓度稳定在5-6g/L之间;系统运行不受污泥沉降性能的影响;污泥浓度和污泥粘度之间存在一定的关系;系统CODcr平均去除率达到96.7%,氨氮的去除率在30.7%-52.6%之间;除氨氮外,其余出水指标都大大优于生活杂用水回用标准。 Operational conditions and performances of separation Membrane Bioreactor(MBR) were studied.The results demonstrated that the activated sludge concentration was maintained at 5-6g/L.MBR system was free from the variety of sludge volume in course of operation.The relationship between activated sludge concentration and viscosity of the mixed liquid was described.The results showed that the averaged CODcr removal rate reached to 96.7%.The removal rate of ammonium was maintained at 30.7%~52.6%.The effluent from the new type MBR was stable and excellent;all items could meet the quality standard for reused wastewater except ammonium.
