摘要
本文从工作原则、组织机构、工作程序、应急能力建设等几方面阐述了预防和处理突发性环境污染事故的对策和建议,为进一步做好突发性环境污染事故预防和监测工作,切实有效地防止突发性环境污染事故的发生提出切实可行的方法。
This article discussed countermeasures and advices on the prevention and treatment of sudden environmental contamination accidents. It include work principles, organization agencies, work process, emergency ability constructions and so on. The author interpreted a believable method to prevent sudden environmental pollution accidents from happening to improve the preventing and monitoring abilities to emergency accidents.
