摘要
班主任工作创新是培养创新人才的关键。为了培养有创新精神和能力的人才,班主任必须重塑自身在班级中的角色,落实班主任工作原则,着手于开放型活动和运用现代技术,才能转变育人观念,与时俱进,积极探索,努力促进学生创新精神和能力的提升。
The innovation of the work of a teacher in charge of a class is the key of training innovation type talent. To train the talent with innovation spirit and ability,a teacher in charge of a class must understand the role of self in class,rebuild the basic work principle,emphasize on open type activity and utilizing modern technology,so as to change education ideas,go with all enter,explore actively,promotes innovation spirit and ability of students with great efforts.
