摘要
应用湍流流动的数学模型研究板坯连铸机中间包内钢液的流动,该模型包括求解三维湍流的Navier-Stokes方程和ι—ε双方程模型的湍流方程.对宝钢板坯连铸机中间包的流动场作了模拟和分析,结果证明宝钢连铸机中间包的流场是合理的.
The numerical method was applied to study fluid flow in continuous casting tundishes. This involves solving three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation incorporated with κ — ε two equation turbulence model. The flow field in the casting tundish of the Baoshan Iron and Steel Company is simulated and analysed. The results reveal the rationality of the tundish design.
