摘要
本文借助差热—热重分析方法研究了一类新型钨酸盐ART的热分解反应现象及动力学.差热分析结果表明:保护性气体流量将影响到ART热分解中间反应相变温度,ART装料量对相变温度影响不显著;通过动态法研究了ART热分解反应速率与影响因素的关系,ART热分解反应属于快速反应,反应级数为1.5级,反应表观活化能约为12.2kJ/mol.这一结果对认识ART热分解过程及确定工艺条件具有指导意义。
The behavior and kinetics of the thermal decomposition of a new type of tungstate (hydrazinium paratungstate, with a molecular formula 5(N_2H_5)_2O·12WO_3, abbreviated as ART) are studied in this paper by differential thermal analysis(DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis(TG) methods. DTA-TG results indicate that the flow rate of protective gas can affect the temperature of the intermediate thermal decomposition reaction, but the effect of charge weight of ART is not obvious. The dependence of reaction conversion of ART on related factors are analysed based on the TG curves under the conditions that temperature is programmed to increase steadily. The charge weight of ART can influence the reaction rate slightly. The thermal decomposition of ART belongs to fast chemical reaction, and the reaction order is 1.5, its apparent activation energy about 12.2kJ/mol. The conclusions obtained in this paper are helpful for understanding thermal decomposition of ART and deciding the technological conditions for the preparation of pure blue tungsten oxide.
