摘要
阐述了SAN(StorageAreaNetwork)和NAS(NetworkAttachedStorage)系统原理及构成,参照SAN和NAS的典型结构,分析了其各自优缺点及应用领域,并对SAN和NAS系统的性能进行较为详细的论述,给出了SAN与NAS关键特性的比较,最后提出了一个局域网存储系统建设方案,以充分利用存储资源,提高网络数据安全性,降低网络管理费用.
This paper gives a brief introduction of the principles and compositions of SAN(Storage Area Network) and NAS(Network Attached Storage) systems. By comparing the respective performance, it presents an analysis on their individual advantages and disadvantages as well as their application fields. Finally, it puts forward a scheme for the construction of LAN storage system so as to make a full use of the storage resources, to improve the safety of network data and to cut down on the cost of network management.
