摘要
从广义知识观来看,教育实质上就是个人知识生成的过程。在这个过程中,一方面,个体与环境发生着相互作用,从而产生个体化的经验,对这些经验进行表达并在与他人相互交流的过程中不断达到“客观性”,以此不断丰富人类的认识成果;另一方面,个体也通过从人类知识成果中获取知识,从而纳入个人知识的结构之中。这样,个人知识处于动态生成之中,教育正是在个人与环境、与他人相互作用过程中不断生成个人知识的过程,个人所具有的知识、经验,其价值也得以凸显。重视个人知识,对于当前学校中的课堂教学、班级组织建设以及学校组织的建设等都具有十分重要的意义。
In a broad sense, education is just a process for students to generate personal knowledge, in which, on the one hand, the individual obtains personal experience by interacting with the environment, and makes the experience achieving objectivity by expressing and sharing it with others so that man's knowledge will be enriched; on the other hand, the individual acquires knowledge from man's achievements and makes it part of his personal knowledge. Thus, the personal knowledge is in the process of dynamic generation, and in the process of interacting with the environment as well as the others, the individual generates his personal knowledge, so the value of his personal knowledge or experience will be brought out. It is very important for us to pay attention to the personal knowledge for the classroom teaching, class building and school construction.
