摘要
目的 探讨左右心循环血容量变化对体表不同部位心阻抗微分图C波幅度的影响。方法 用阻断麻醉狗主动脉和肺动脉的方法 ,同步观察六对方片电极上心阻抗微分图C波幅度的改变。结果 不管是阻断主动脉还是肺动脉 ,各电极上的C波幅度都有明显下降 ,但影响的程度因电极位置不同而异。
Objective To study the influence on the amplitude of C wave of cardiac impedance differential plethysmography in different position on chest, which was caused by the capacity change of left and righ circulation.Methods The range of C wave of cardiac impedance differential plethysmography by six pairs of electrodes at the same time was observing, with dog's aorta and lung artery broken and narcotized.Results Either aorta or lung artery of dog was broken or narcotized, the amplitude of c wave from each electrode went down obvionsly, and depends on the position where the clectrodes were placed.conclusion The cardiac impedance differential plethysmography is a comprehensive conclution of the capactcidy chang of lift and right circulation.
