摘要
本文作者详细地评述了针阀落座冲击应力的影响因素,以及目前用来计算座面冲击应力的公式对不同类型喷嘴的适用性。通过对启喷压力与针阀落座冲击应力之间关系的分析,根据应力波理论推导了新的针阀座面冲击应力的计算公式。该公式可适用于各种不同类型的喷嘴,从而为喷嘴的设计和选择合适的启喷压力提供了可靠的理论依据。
Through analyzing the relation between the diesel injector needle valve(N.V.)opening pressure and the shock stress on N.V.seat,formulae forcalculating the shock stress on N.V.seat were derived by the theory ofstress wave.These new formulae could be applied to different types ofinjector nozzles,giving a reliable theoretical basis for designinginjector nozzles and selecting reasonable N.V.opening pressure.
