摘要
目的:建立一套科学、完整、规范的社区卫生服务管理制度。方法:文献研究、调查研究、专题讨论。结果:各市均制定了一些制度,但不健全,也不规范。91.6％的人认为制定管理制度是必要的,37.9％的人认为现行管理制度存在较多问题,60.0％的人认为应尽快完善管理制度。建议:要充分认识管理制度制定的必要性和科学性,要确立管理制度制定的依据和原则,要制定、颁布实施统一的《社区卫生服务管理制度》。
Objective: establish a set of scientific, complete, standard community health service management system. Method: document research, investigate study, special subject discussion. Result: each city hasconcluded some systems, but un-sound, also non-standard. The person of 91. 6% thinks to prepare management system is necessity, the person of 37.9% thinks that current management system exists than much problem, the person of 60.0% thinks that should perfect management system as soon as possible. Suggestion: Want to be well necessity of knowing the management system establishment with science, the basis that want the establishment management system the establishment tiwh principle, to establih, promulgate to put into practice united 《community health service management system》 .
