摘要
为提高军队医院综合管理能力 ,实现医院管理现代化 ,本文探索性地将关键路径方法应用于医院外事管理工作中。通过对专家出国和外宾来访关键路径的设计、建立变异档案、发放专家满意情况调查表的方法 ,按照 PDCA原则 ,完善了原有程序或建立了新的关键路径。使申请出国和邀请外宾院内审批周期由 14天减少到 8天 ;护照、签证申请材料一次合格率由 82 %提高到 96 % ;专家满意率由 90 %提高到 99%。提高了工作效率和管理水平 ,增强了专家对医院行政机关管理人员的信任和信心。
To enhance the comprehensive administration and realize hospital management modernization, the article firstly put “critical pathways” into use in the area of foreign affair management in general hospital. Through designing critical pathways, establishing variation files, distributing questionnaires, the old or new critical pathways were modified or created with the guideline of PDCA policy. The result showed it shortened the period of paper application procedure in hospital from 14 days to 8 days, one time passport application qualification rate improved from 80% to 96%, specialist satisfaction rate increased from 90% to 99%. Practice illustrated that as one of the advanced means of management, “critical pathways” can play very important role in the hospital administration as it has been used in other areas.
