摘要
目的 探讨腮腺多形性腺瘤的临床特征和术后并发症的防治。方法 对 110例经病理确诊为腮腺多形性腺瘤的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 110例患者均采用腮腺耳后颌下区“S”形切口的外科手术治疗 ,其中肿瘤摘除 18例 ,肿瘤 +浅叶摘除 6 9例 ,肿瘤 +全叶摘除 2 3例。所有手术均解剖面神经。手术后发生暂时性面瘫 8例 ,味觉出汗综合征 8例 ,涎瘘 7例 ,积液 3例 ,复发 2例。结论 治疗以外科手术为主 。
Objective To study the clinical characters of patients with pleomorphic adenoma of parotid,and how to prevent and treat the complications after salivary gland operations.Methods We analyzed 110 cases diagnosed with plemorphlic adenoma of partotid by patholohy.Results The 110 cases were treated by s shaped incision for parotidectomy including 18 cases of tumor excision,69 cases of superficial parotidectomy,23 cases of total parotidectomy.All facial nerves were exposed and preserved.After salivary gland operations,temportal bell paralysis happened in 8 cases,gustatory sweating syndrome occurred in 8 cases,salivary fistula happened in 7 cases,salivary dropsy occurred in 3 cases,and tumor recurred in 2 cases.Conclusion Surgery is the main treatment for the disease and it is important to prevent and treat the complications after surgery.
