摘要
报道一例原发性肺动脉高压误诊分析及用多巴酚丁胺、血管紧胀素转换酶抑制剂、硫酸镁治疗由该病引起的顽固性充血性心力衰竭的体会,讨论了它们在治疗该病中的机理、地位。
This paper analysid an incorrect diagnosis cace of primary pulmonary hypertension. It also deals with my experience in treating reafractory congestive heart failure which has result form primary pulmonary hypertension with dobatamin angiorensin converting enzyme inhibtor Mag. sulfas. In addition, it discusses the mechanism and position of these medicines in treating this disease.
