摘要
本文分析整理了国内外一些排气消声器的结构参数和性能指标,研究了排气消声器与不同类型内燃机的匹配情况以及消声器的插入损失、容积比和排气背压之间的关系。在此基础上提出了一个关于内燃机抗性排气消声器的综合性评价指标S_A,并指出实用消声器应满足S_A≥10dB(IL)。
This paper states the investigation on structure parameters and per-
formance indexes of some exhaust mufflers gathered up from home and abroad. The
performances of the mufflers matched with various kinds of I. C. engines are studied.
In addition, the correlation among the volume silenced, volume ratio and back pressure
of a muffler are also concerned. A combining index S_A on appraising reactive muffler
of I. C. engine is presented according to the research stated above. It is desired that
the standard S_Aof a realistic muffler should not be less than 10dB (IL).
