摘要
原料的分拣和贮备方法存在问题、热分散生产流程的应用不足以生产操作不当等均会引起纸板生产的质量缺陷,如纸页易分层、耐破度不够、紧度不够、纸面粗糙不平等。作者对采用废纸为主要原料生产纸板的过程中所出现的问题做了总结和分析,并对相应的解决途径做了介绍。
Sorting and storing of raw materials, application of different produce flowing as heat dispersing, improper operation, all of these factors can bring in quality problems in paperboard producing. Sheet delaminating, inadequate breaking strength and density, a little roughness on paper surface can occur. In this paper, producing problems caused by waste-paper were analyzed, some resolving methods were introduced.
