摘要
“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”。因温药有振奋脾肾之阳气,开发腠理,通行水道之作用。痰饮之邪得温药始开,得阳始运。阳气运则水液行;温药和,则饮邪化。而苓桂术甘汤乃治痰饮病的基础方。
It should be used by warm drugs to treat diseases of phlegm and fluid-retention.Because the warm drug has the effect of improving Yang-Qi of spleen and kidney,enforcing the circulation of sweating and regulating the channel of water.The pathogens of phlegm and fluid-retention could only be reduced by application of warm drugs.Yang-Qi flows and so does water;balanced by warm medicine,and the pathogen of fluid-retention is eliminated.Linggui Zhugan Tang is the basic prescription for treating diseases of phlegm and fluid-retention.
