介绍了美国陆军新兵基本训练和基本战斗训练阶段的内容和特点 ,阐述了训练计划制定的依据和原则以及相关的训练计划内容 ,分析了训练的原则并为部队开展安全。
This paper introduces the content and the characteristic of the Initial Entry Training and BCT and demonstrates the evidence of making the training schedule and relative plans, also analyzes the principles and proposes the suggestions to develop safe and efficient plan.
