摘要
采用离体器官试验法,将同一家兔离体十二指肠和空肠置于恒温通气麦氏浴皿中,向盛有台氏液的麦氏浴皿中逐次加入1mL不同浓度(0.125g/mL,0.25g/mL,0.5g/mL,1.0g/mL)的黄连煎剂,通过BL-New Century生物信号采集处理系统,记录用药前后肠段运动幅度变化、张力变化及运动频率变化情况。观察不同浓度黄连煎剂对家兔离体十二指肠和空肠运动性能的影响,并探讨其药理作用的机理。结果表明十二指肠和空肠用浓度为0.125g/mL处理后,运动幅度显著增大(0.01<p<0.05);十二指肠张力显著增大(p<0.01),空肠张力增加不显著(p>0.05);运动频率都加快。其它三种浓度处理后,十二指肠,空肠运动幅度都显著减小(p<0.01);张力显著减小(p<0.01);频率也都减慢。结论:低浓度黄连煎剂(c<0.125g/mL)对家兔离体小肠起兴奋作用,高浓度(c>0.25g/mL)起抑制作用。

Conclusion; ard the lower concentrations of Coptis decoc-tion(c<0.125g/mL) excite the in vitro small Intestine of rabbit while the higher ones(c >0.25g/mL) inhibit it.
