摘要
通过对漳泽发电厂4台210MW机组10a的可靠性管理指标EAF,UF及故障模式的统计分析,找出影响EAF的因素主要是UF,把UF按故障模式分析提出应该主要解决的故障,并把其应用到大修前可靠性立项分析中,为机组大修设备提供更准确的依据,为机组大修后可靠性指标提高奠定基础。
It analyzse the reliability management index EAF,UF and the failure mode of 4×210 MW units in Zhangze power plant for 10 years recently,find out the main factor that UF affected the EAF,and put forward UF as the main failure that should be solved as a failure mode.So the application of UF in the reliability analysis before the unit overhaul can provide the more exact figure for overhaul equipments and establish the base for improving the reliability index after the unit overhaul.
