摘要
为了解甲基紫精诱导的氧自由基造成口腔粘膜急性非特异性坏死性炎症的机制,对动物口腔粘膜组织进行了生化指标测定及综合分析,结果发现:随着氧自由基的产生,超氧化物岐化酶活性下降,并与氧自由基间呈指数曲线关系变化;氨基已糖升高,标志着粘膜固有层蛋白多糖分解增多。
In order to partly understand the mechanisms of morphological changes caused by oxygen free radicals(OFR) induced by paraquat(PQ),12 different enzymes were detected and observed by enzyme histological methods.Among them,6 locate on mitochondria,2 in cytoplasm,1 on lysosomes,and 3 on membrane structures individually.The results showed that the generation of OFR induced by PQ first came from the oxidation of NADPHD in cellu-lar structures.With the depletion of NADPH and increasing of OFR,the activity of these enzymes in cellular struc-tures decreased.The results indicated that these processes involved with the formation of inflammation and ulcerson the oral mucosa of hamster cheek pouch.
