摘要 通过实验研究了大气式燃烧方式的燃气锅炉结构参数对燃烧特性的影响.实验结果表明在大气式燃烧方式下,合理的空气过剩系数应控制在1-3左右.通过分析单位燃气流量下烟气流通面积与锅炉燃烧特性的关系表明,要使燃烧特性达到最优,锅炉的烟气流通面积存在最佳值,而且锅炉的烟气流通面积与排烟高度之间存在合理的匹配关系.在设计时,应根据所设计的流通面积确定合理的排烟高度.研究结果为大气式燃气锅炉的优化设计和提高性能提供了理论依据. The effect of structural parameter of atmospheric gas-boiler on its combustion features has been investigated by means of experiment. The experimental results indicate that the reasonable excess air coefficient should be controlled about 1.3. The relation of flowing area of smoke under the unit fuel gas flow and its combustion feature was analyzed. The optimum flowing area of smoke exit and the flowing area of smoke and exhaustion smoke height should be matched when combustion features was best. Exhaustion smoke height should be conformed according to flowing area of smoke. Theoretical basis was provided for boiler's optimum design and increase of performance from the resultant.
