摘要
本文应用扫描电镜对胡子鲶的口唇、颌齿、舌、咽部、食道、胃、肠等部位的粘膜表面结构进行了观察,描述了消化道各部分粘膜表面结构的特征,并对胡子鲶消化道上的味蕾类型和分布、粘膜皱褶的类型进行了分析讨论.
This paper deals with the surface structure of mucosa of labellum, jaw tooth ,longue,pharynx, esophagus,stomach and intestine in catfish,Clarias fuscus by scanning electronic microscopy. The surface characteristic structure of mucosa in scetions has been described. The morphorlogical types and distributions of taste buds in mucosa epithelium and mucosal folds digestive tract are analysed
and discussed.
