摘要
本文报告9例处理高位胆囊的体会。诊断主要依据B超或胆囊造影。提示在高位胆囊施行胆囊切除术时,误伤胆管的机会和术后发生合并症较一般胆囊切除术为高,应引起重视。讨论了防止医源性胆管损伤的处理要点。
The experience of cholecystectomy of for high position gallbladders in the recent 31/2 years was reviewed diagnosis of high position gallbladder was mainly relied on Bus or cholecystography.We found that the incidence of injuries to the bile ducts and postoperative complications from high position cholecystectomies was higher than from conventional cholecystectomies.Paying special attention to high position cholecystectomy is very important if iatrogenic bile duct injures to be prevented.
