摘要
前文已报道草菇(Volvariella volvacea)褐腐病病原细菌为黄单孢菌属(Xanthomonas sp.).根据此菌的生理生化特性,本研究进一步认为与草莓黄单孢菌(Xanthomonas fragariae)关系密切。据此病菌的生理特性和防治试验结果,作者认为通过培养料进行巴氏消毒是控制病害发生的简易、有效方法,产量增加60.4%。
A serious demage was caused by the brown rot disease of straw mushroom (Volvariella volvacea). Based on its cultural physiological and biochemical characteristics the pathogenic bacterium was identified as a pathogenic variety of Xanthomonas fragariae.The Pasteurization method was found to be the convenient and effective method for controlling the disease. After treatment of Pasteurization the yield of straw mushroom increased about 60 percent.
