摘要
为了研究采矿生产中爆破震动对巷道稳定性的影响,利用岩土工程有限元分析软件来模拟爆破振动效应。模拟中,在爆破区内的岩体表面施加作用时间很短的动载荷,通过有限单元法计算岩体内的动应力场和平硐表面产生的变形,采用位移等效原则来确定突加载荷的大小、作用时间和作用范围,从而确定岩体临界振动速度条件下的临界爆破药量。将此方法应用工程实例,证明是有效的。
In order to study the effect of blast shake on the stability of tunnel during mining process, finite element analysis software for rock and soil engineering is used to simulate the effect of blasting shake. In the simulation, a short-time dynamic load is applied to the rock in the blasting zone. Dynamic stress field in the rock mass and distortion in the surface of the tunnel are calculated with the method of finite element. Equivalent displacement method is utilized to determine the amount of sudden applied load, the actuation duration and the range of action. Consequently, the critical explosive dynamite amount at the critical shake speed of rock mass can be determined. This method has been used in actual engineering, and notable effect has been obtained.
