摘要
本文通过对“中荷扶贫项目”在霍山实施情况及效果的描述 ,总结了该项目取得成功的有效经验 ,并提出了该项目后续管理方面的建议。
The author presents the process and results of the China-Dutch project implemented in Huoshan County, Anhui Province. The successful experience is considered as effective for comparable regions, and some proposals are suggested in the follow-up actions in this project
