摘要
在机械制造中,工艺路线的自动生成是CAPP系统的关键技术,而高自动化程度的创成式工艺路线生成系统的建立难度较大。特别是非回转体零件的多品种、小批量生产中的CAPP系统,由于加工对象频繁更换且零件形状复杂,工艺路线的自动生成难度更大。本文研究了采用创成法和修订法相结合的混合式的方法,利用推理工艺决策与人-机交互工艺决策相结合,在非回转体零件的CAPP系统中生成优化的工艺路线。
In the machining, the automatic generation of technologic process is the core technique in CAPP system. However, the generative approach of the technologic process is high-automated a method, its achievement is beset with difficulties, especially parts solid of non-revolution. A mixed method to combine variant approach with generative approach will be explored in the article. The method is combining inferential making policy with artificial making policy,and will apply it to CAPP system of the parts solid of non-revolution.
