摘要
当前企业CIMS建设过程中一个重要方面就是实现车间生产管理信息的高度集成 ,而这就要求设计制造、物料准备、产品检验以及车间管理等相关部门能够实现及时的信息传递和资源共享 ,以达到提高生产效率 ,降低生产成本的目的。文章根据某制造企业总装配车间设计更改文件信息繁杂 ,各部门之间传阅困难 ,以及贯彻执行周期长等问题提出了基于B/S模式和微软 NET架构体系的车间设计更改归零管理系统的解决方案 ,重点讨论了系统的体系结构。
An important section of an enterprise's CIMS is to integrate manufacturing and management information of a workshop firmly, which demands the rapid information passing and resources sharing in different departments including design, manufacturing, material resources preparing, and workshop management to improve the work rate and lower the cost. This paper mainly mentions a solution of design-modified fulfillment system based on browser/server (B/S) and NET framework, which resolves the problem of excessive design-modified files passing. Its structure, functions and key developing approaches are focused in this paper.
