摘要
目前125MW机组运行的减温水控制阀,工作流量特性严重偏离它的固有流量特性,明显地影响了过热蒸汽汽温控制系统的运行与控制质量。按照阀的工作流量特性匹配控制系统的环路增益为常数这个原则,设计新的减温水控制阀,使它的工作流量特性满足过热蒸汽汽温控制的需要,提高了过热汽蒸汽温控制质量,增加发电效率。
The installed flow characteristic of the desuperheating spraying water valve widly used in present
125MW units is seriously deviated from its inherent flow characteristic and thus strongly hampers the control
quality of the superheated steam temperature. A new desuperheating water valve has been designed according
to the principle that the flow characteristic of the valve matching the loop gain of the control system should be
a constant. Satisfactory operating results have been obtained with this newly designed valvde installed on at
least two power plants.
