摘要
研究在氮气保护下采用非外加相转移催化剂经酯化和磺化合成磺基琥珀酸双十八油酯磺酸钠的新方法。通过正交实验,确定了较佳的酯化反应条件为:醇酐摩尔比2.20:1,反应时间2.5 h,反应温度150℃,催化剂用量1%,酯化率控制在95%左右;较佳的磺化反应条件为:磺化剂亚硫酸氢钠与顺酐的摩尔比1.05:1,水与双酯的质量比0.8:1,反应时间2.5 h,反应温度140℃,磺化率80%左右。并测定了产品的熔点、表面张力,用红外光谱对化合物的结构进行了表征。
A new method to synthesize sodium dioleyl sulfosuccinate by esterification and sulfonation without adding any extra phase catalyst in nitrogen atmosphere was developed. The optimum esterification conditions and sulfonation conditions were determined by orthogonal test. The former conditions were as follows: molar ratio of alcohol to anhydride 2.20:1, reaction time 2.5 h, reaction temperature 150℃ , the content of catalyst 1 %, esterification ratio about 95 % . The latter conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of sulfonating agent to anhydride 1.05:1, the mass ratio of water to biester 0.8: 1,reaction time 2.5 h, reaction temperature 140 ℃ ,sulfonation ratio about 80% ,The product was characterized.
