摘要
通过测定捕食螨类中的虚伪钝绥螨在13种农药不同浓度下的死亡率,确定了农药对虚伪钝绥螨的非致死浓度(LC_0~10).明确了各种非致死浓度农药对其繁殖和定居的影响.菊酯类农药如灭百克、灭扫利、氯氰菊酯、功夫、天王星.特异性昆虫生长调节剂爱力螨克和杀菌剂粉锈宁不仅减少其产卵量.而且降低它在植株上的定居率;氧化乐果影响其定居;克螨特影响其繁殖;尼索朗、双甲脒、卡死克和阿波罗对其繁殖和定居都没有显著影响.是比较安全的.植株上残留的某些微量农药不仅影响虚伪钝绥螨的繁殖能力.而且严重影响其定居.这在协调生防和化防的关系中应予以重视.
Thirteen pesticides at different concentrations were sprayed on snap bean(Phase-vlas pulgaris) leaves in laboratory to test the mortality of A. fallacis,by which,sublethal concentrations (LC0-10) were determined. Effects of different sublethal concentrations on the reproduction and settlement of A. fallacis are summarized as follows :alphacypermethrin ,fen-propathrin,cypermethrin,kungfu,talastar,ambuectin and bayleton reduce the predator's fecundity as well as its settlement ratio on snap bean ;omethoate affects the predator's settlement ,propargite affects its fecundity;nissorun ,amitraz,cascade and apollo do not show obvious effects on the predator,they are safe to A. fallacis. Small amount residue of the pesticides on host plant can seriously affect the fecundity and settlement of A. fallacis,to which much attention should be paid in harmonizing relations between chemical control and biological control.
