摘要
由于永磁同步电机的励磁不能调节,因此不能按传统的方法用空载特性、短路特性和零功率因数负载特性来测量漏抗和同步电抗。如用三相突然短路法或电压恢复法测出其同步电抗,则需降低转速进行,还需录波器等设备,而且数据处理也较复杂、本文介绍几种用一般设备测量永磁同步电机参数的方法,并对各方法进行分析比较。最后用所述方法测试了一台7.5kW钕铁硼永磁同步电动机的漏抗和同步电抗。
Since the field excitation cannot be regulated for a permanent magnet synchronous machine, the classical methods of steady state parameter determination using the open—circuit saturation curve, the short—circuit current or the zero power factor curve cannot be utilized. This paper offers a theoretical basis and describes test procedure for the determination of leakage reactance and synchronous reactance only using general instruments and apparatus. Parameters have been analysed and compared by measuring in different methods. Finally, experimental measurements of a set of parameters for a 7.5kW permanent magnet synchronous machine are presented by various methods.
