摘要
目的 :考察左氧氟沙星与肌苷氯化钠注射液配伍稳定性。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法考察左氧氟沙星与肌苷氯化钠注射液配伍后在室温 (20℃ )条件下6h内其含量、外观及pH值的变化。结果 :配伍液放置6h内其外观、pH值及含量均无明显变化。结论 :左氧氟沙星与肌苷氯化钠注射液在配伍后6h内稳定。
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of the compatibility of Levofloxacin with inosine in sodium chloride injecˉtion.METHODS:The contents of Levofloxacin and inosine were detected by UV-spectrophotometry and the external apperˉance and pH value were observed after Levofloxacin and inosine in NS were mixed within6h at room temperature(20℃).RE_ SULTS:The contents,external apperance and pH value of the mixed solution showed no significant changes within6h.CONCLUSION:Levofloxacin mixed with inosine in NS could keep stable within6h.
