丹参组织培养研究及其水溶性有效成分──迷迭香酸的含量测定 被引量:7

摘要 应用植物组织培养技术,通过高效液相色谱法和分光光度法.对丹参培养细胞及其水溶性有效成分迷迭香酸进行研究。结果:①丹参培养细胞中含有迷迭香酸。②2,4-D对丹参愈伤组织的诱导有促进作用。③B5培养基有利于丹参愈伤组织的生长.KH2PO4对丹参悬浮培养细胞的生长有较大的影响。④对丹参培养细胞生长最适的蔗糖浓度为3%,对迷迭香酸形成的最适的浓度为5%。 By application of the culture technique of plant tissues, the study was conducted on culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza and its soluable active principle-Rosmarinic Acid. The results showed that ①Rosmarinic Acid is contained in culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza ;② 2,4 - D possesses the promoting function to induce the wound-healing tissue of Salvia miltiorrhiza; ③B5 culture medium is helpful for growth of the wound-healing tissue of Salvia miltiorrhiza and KH2PO4 is greatly influential to growth of suspended culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ④the most suitable concentration of sucrose for growth of culture cell of Salvia miltiorrhiza is 3% and is 5% for formation of Rosmarinic Acid .
