摘要
对《伤寒论》辩证论治体系的研究，一般均注重于六经而略于汤方辨证的研究。在回顾孙思邈“方证同条说”、刘元宾“以方名证说”、朱肱“药证说”、刘宗厚“药证相对说”、柯琴“以方名证、以证名篇说”及日本医家吉益东洞“方证相对说”等对仲景汤方辨证研究的溯源基础上.认为汤方辨证是中医辨证论治体系的重要组成部分，应该运用现代科学技术方法加强对汤方辨证规律的研究，阐明方证之间的关系，为经方的现代应用和中医辨证论治理论的研究提供新的思路。
In the study on the theoretic system of treatment by pattern identification in 'Treaties on Cold Damage', usuall attention is focused in the study on pattern identification based upon the theory of six meridians, with negligence in pattern identification of herbal formulas. Based upon the review of 'Theory of Similarity in Formulas and Patterns' by Sun Simiao, 'Theory of Nomination of Patterns by Formulas' by Liu Yuanbin, 'Theory of Herbs and Patterns' by Zhou Hong,'Theory of Relativity in Herbs and Patterns' by Liu Zonghou, 'Theory of Nomination of Patterns by Formulas and Nomination of Chapters by Patterns'by Ke Qin and 'Theory of Relativity in Formulas and Patterns' by Japanese medical practifioner, Yoshimasu Todo, for the source-tracing studies on pattern identification of Zhang Zhongjing's herbal formulas, the author believes that pattern identification of herbal formulas is one of the important component parts in the theoretic system of treatment by pattern identification in Chinese medicine and that it is necessary to utilize the methods in modern scientific technology to intensify the study on the regulations of pattern identification of herbal formulas and to explicate the relation between the patterns and formulas for modernizing application of the classic formulas and for offering a new thinking trace in the theoretic study of treatment by pattern identification in Chinese medicine.
