摘要
目的 研究体外治疗性超声 (ETUS)对正常人体凝血及纤溶系统的影响。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法及发色底物法测定正常人经ETUS作用前、后 ,其血浆GMP 14 0、TXB2 、t PA及PAI 1含量的变化 ,并将经ETUS作用前、后的相应数据进行比较。结果 ETUS作用前 ,受试者GMP 14 0含量为 (3 .72± 0 .5 1)ng/ml ,TXB2 为 (87.64± 2 .62 )pg/ml ,t PA为 (0 .49± 0 .2 2 )IU/ml,PAI 1为 (0 .41± 0 .19)AU/ml ;经ETUS作用后 ,其GMP 14 0为 (3 .63± 0 .45 )ng/ml ,TXB2 为 (85 .84± 5 .18)pg/ml ,t PA为 (0 .46± 0 .0 2 )IU/ml,PAI 1为 (0 .3 6± 0 .15 )AU/ml ;经统计学分析 ,受试者经ETUS作用前、后各指标间差异均无显著性意义 (均P >0 .0 5 )。结论 本研究所用的治疗性剂量的ETUS对正常人体的凝血。
ObjectiveTo study the effect and safety of external therapeutic ultrasound (ETUS) on the normal human body blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system. Methods Twenty five healthy volunteers were subjected to ETUS on the precordial region, and the parameter of ETUS was 0.8MHz, 1.2W/cm 2, the subjects were treated for 15 minutes daily for 7 days. Before and after the end of treatment by ETUS, the GMP 140,TXB2,t PA and PAI 1 were detected by ELISA or Chromogenic Substances. Results Before the treatment,the levels of GMP 140,TXB2,t PA and PAI 1 were 3.72±0.51ng/ml, 86.64±2.62pg/ml, 0.49±0.22IU/ml and 0.41±0.19AU/ml,respectively. After treatment, the levels of GMP 140,TXB2,t PA and PAI 1 were 3.63±0.45ng/ml, 85.84±5.18pg/ml, 0.46±0.02IU/ml and 0.36±0.15AU/ml,respectively. Before and after treatment by ETUS, the levels of the above parameters had no significant changes(all P >0.05). Conclusion The human body blood coagulation or fibrinolytic system was not activated or inhibited by ETUS under the condition of this study.
