摘要
网络计费系统可以统计网络用户所应承担的费用,监控网络的数据流量,分析网络的使用情况及性能,发现网络的瓶颈、故障点和某些异常等。讨论了计费系统的开发方法,通过对IP用户和拨号用户接入方式和适用计费协议的分析,提出了使用简单网络管理协议(SNMP)进行固定IP用户上网流量的数据采集,使用远程身份验证拨入用户服务(RADIUS)进行拨号用户上网时间的数据采集,在Windows平台采用VisualC++ NET工具实现了数据采集功能,用ASP NET实现了计费数据的处理,建立用户管理与系统管理模块,开发了网络计费系统。
In order to determine the payment of any network user, monitor the dataflow, analyze the performance and usage of network, find out the bottleneck, failure points and track the suspect usage, a network accounting system was developed. The development method was discussed. Accounting protocol and user interface mode was analyzed. And how to use SNMP to obtain the dataflow of an IP user, how to use RADIUS to collect used time also were studied. The function of accounting data collecting with Visual C++ .NET tool was implemented. Accounting data processing by using ASP.NET were introduced as well. The user management module and the system management module were established.
